It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Francis (Botwood, Newfoundland), who passed away on December 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Carter and Edwina Carter; her siblings, Hughlet, Linda and Louise; and her brother-in-law Bob Edison.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Carter (Karen) and Tanya Francis (Michael); and her sisters, Joan Hedges (Bill), Mary Edison, Judy Carter, Glenda Hong (Jerry) and Gail Mercer (Junior). She is also survived by her parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces and close friends.
