She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijiah Froude and Laura Froude; her husband Carson Dugger Sr.; her siblings, Gloria, Florence, Calvin, Terry and Roy; and her brothers-in-law, Roger Barnett and James Price.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie and Laura (Roger); her siblings, Sandra (Greg), Eileen, Christine (Danny), Dolly, Alonzo (Lorraine), Russell (Millicent), Lorne (Rosalind), Arthur (Helen), Glenn (Joelle) and Bob (Bonnie); and her grandsons, Stephen, Kenneth, Tyler and Marcus.
Regrettably, due to COVID-19, the service is by invitation only.
