With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eulah Phyliss (Hiscock) Howell in Bonne Bay, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Chesley; her daughter Mary; and her parents, Solomom and Caroline. She is survived by: her children, Irene, Curtis (Linda), Brada (George), Daphne (Boyd), Randy (Frances), Denise (Todd), Charlene (Shawn) and Cindy (Leon); her grandchildren, Wendy (Basil), Terri, Boyd (Jennifer), Scott (Megan), Colin (Dawn), Corina (Stephen), Jamie (Aimee), Sara (Philip), Shawn (Mikayla), Brittany (Malhar), Jennifer (Blair), Jessica (Matthew), Jonathan (Holly), Justine, Nate, Joshua (Sarah), Taylor (Sean) and Bradley (Julia); her great grandchildren, Marissa (Reese), Brianna, Mason, Nora, Leif, Quinn, Astrid, Randy, Chase, Hailey (Ryan), Chloe, Brooklyn, Jaiden, Mackenzie, Leland, Kaleb, Ava, Charlotte, Patrick, Ashlynn, Alara, Amelia, Scarlett, Finn, Jack, Kate and Ruby; her sisters, Marjorie (Jim) and Gerine; her siblings-in-law, Bob, Rendell (Elsie), Alex, Alfreda, Clara and Shirley; her daughter Regina; her close friend Barbara Pynn; her son-in-law Bruce; her siblings, Harold (Marian), Clifford, Alex (Phyliss), Hattie (Victor), Maude (Hounsell) and Helen (Wallace); her siblings-in-law, David, Stewart, Douglas (Dorothy), Hattie (Andrew), Gladys and Julia; and her parents-in-law, Caroline and Herbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
