She was predeceased by: her son Jacadie; her parents, Jim and Addie; her parents-in-law, Wilson and Mary; her sister Ida; and her siblings-in-law, Lillian, Russell and Gordon.

She is survived by: her husband Reginald Day; her children, Andy (Malerie), Shawn (Amanda), Ellie (Wilfred) and Vanessa (Jay); her grandchildren, Jacadie, Jolie, Jalyn, Ethan, Janine, Zachary, Karmen and Kyle; her siblings, Linda (Wilson), Ruth (Bill), Gladys (Gilbert), Edward (Marie), John (Frances) and Jim (Trudy); and her siblings-in-law, Eliza Margaret, Lorraine, Genevieve, Gertie (Jim), Manuel, Abe and Wilson (Bridget). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
