In loving memory of Kathleen Mary Stone (Bishops Falls, Newfoundland), who departed this world on January 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Kathleen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex and Florence; her parents-in-law, Clifford and Rhoda Stone; her siblings, Maureen, Judy and Angus; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Stone and Calvin Hillyard; and her niece Deanna Power.
She is survived by: her husband Art; her children, Tracy Morgan (Tony), Tanya Sills (Rob), Tina Davis and Johnny Stone (Kristina); her grandchildren, Kyle, Kristopher, Ryan, Madison, Jade, Kamryn and David; her siblings, Shirley Hynes (Jerome), Mary Power (Jerome), Bernice White (Adain), Theresa Cooke, Jack Cooke (Patsy) and Alex Cooke (Jackie); and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Hillyard, Marie Saunders (Sam), Barbara Purchase (Roland), Clifford Stone (Louise) and Wallace Stone (Loretta). She is also survived by nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and a large circle of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hoskins Funeral Home (527 Main St, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Parish (164 Main St, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0).
