He was predeceased by: his father Titus Budgell; his sister Connie Budgell; his grandparents, Mae Budgell, Clarence and Pearl Clarke; his aunts, Beulah Budgell and Doreen Hancock; and his uncle Gilbert Clarke.

He is survived by: his mother Doris Budgell; his siblings, Shawn (Mary), Christine (Morray) and Sharon (Michael); his nieces, Melissa (Jeremy), Chantel (Randy), Carissa (Shawn) and Chelsie (Brady); his nephew Ethan; his great-niece Alyssa; and his aunt Margaret Earle. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Due to COVID-19, this will be a private family visitation and service.
