He is survived by: his mother Pearl Pelley (Mert); his children, William Mills, Savanna and Erica Mills; the mother of his children Lori Mills; his sons, Jasper, Josiah and Jerrett Curtis; the mother of his children Karen Curtis; his siblings, Paul Mills (Carla), Cecil Mills and Leona Mills (Terry Coffin); his stepsister Amanda Snow (Roy); his stepmother Juanita Mills; and his close friends, Wayne Willerton and Marcelle Mills (Pickett). He is also survived by children, relatives and friends.
