He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Luff and Bessie Luff; his sister Gladys Watkins; and his niece Susan Prasad. He is survived by: his siblings, Edna Prasad (Vijay), Dorothy Abbott (Charles) and Roy; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Watkins, Anita Connors (Michael), Pranil Prasad, Phillip Abbott (Marie) and Denise Abbott. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
