She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Hynes and Dorothy Hynes. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Hancock; her daughters, Amy Elizabeth (Gary Broderick) and Susan Lynn (Mike Roberts); her siblings, Gerry (Donna) and Sandra Hynes (Margaret Way); her parents-in-law, Retis and Shirley Hancock; and her brothers-in-law, Keith (Yvonne), Shawn (Dena) and Brian (Paula).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hoskins Funeral Home (527 Main St, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salvation Army Citadel (1 Mac Donald, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0).
In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted in her memory to her choice charities: The Ronald McDonald House of NL or the Daffodil House, St. John's.
