He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Anderson and Ida Anderson (Howell); his stepmother Myrtle Anderson; his siblings, Aubrey, Melvin, Florence and Louise Vaters (Harris); his siblings-in-law, Willis Reid, Melvin Hussey and Olive Anderson; and his friends, Vern King, Melvin Smith and Levi Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Corinna Burton (Kevin), Florence White (Derick) and Edward Anderson; his grandchildren, Sarah (Michael), Aaron, Ryan (Tori) and Trent; and his siblings, Elizabeth Reid, Nina Hussey and John Anderson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hoskins Funeral Home (527 Main St, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
