It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Nelson Lewis (Birchy Bay, Newfoundland), who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; his siblings, Augustus, Mildred, Ella and Emma; his stepmother Edna; and his son-in-law Nehemiah Pike.

He is survived by: his children, Dallas Layte (Ronald), Clarice Pike, Maisie Baker (Cyril), Theresa Lewis, Kevin (Daphne), Winston, Bramwell and Leslie (Lucy); his grandchildren, Pauline, Stephen, Paul, Kimberley, Sonyia, Victoria, Stephanie and Alyssa; his siblings, Jessie Osmond, Olive Lewis, Levina McCuen, Lorraine Paddick and Eugene (Mable); his sister-in-law Hilda Lewis; and his close friend Annie Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

Flowers accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund in Baytona.
