He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Butler and Alice Butler. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Paula (Andrew), Gina (James) and Andrew (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel and Grace; his siblings, Herb (Vera), Fraser (Cathi) and Judy; his siblings-in-law, Florence, Laura, Sybil (Howard), Max (Peggy), Jean (Eric), Marina (Derrick) and Rod (Wendy); and his parents-in-law, Thomas, Emmie Mercer Brothers, Allan (Ena), Oliver, Wes, Fred and Don.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church & Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory maybe made to the St Peter's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.
