He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his children, Lynn Beacco (Alfio), Marvin King (Pamela), Heather Simon and Natalie Whittaker (Gary); his grandchildren, Daniel, Justin Beacco, Matthew King (Nancy), Ashlee King (Ogie), Nathan Simon (Heather), Benjamin, Zachary and Nicholas Whittaker; his great grandchildren, Maia and Dylan King; and his siblings, Vera Dawe, Marina Norman and Shirley Hutchings (Gerald).

Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Slade's Funeral Home (45 L. T. Stick Dr, Bay Roberts, NL A0A). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Church & Cemetery.
