He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bungay and Sarah Bungay; his siblings, Max, Norman, Lydia, Alice, Rhoda, Sylvia, Frances and Emma; his parents-in-law, Alexander and Mary Ann Sheppard; and his brother-in-law James Sheppard.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian (Sheppard); his sons, Craig (Gladys), Darrell (Denise) and Norman (Heather); his grandchildren, Jenessa, Brittney, Cody, Evan, Chip, Loki and Baylor; his nephews, Charlie Barnes (Marcie) and Clarence Stewart (Josie); and his siblings-in-law, Alexander Sheppard, Verna Bungay, Tilley Sheppard and Marjorie Bungay.

Donations can be made in his memory to St. Hilda's Anglican Church, Bay L'Argent.
