It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Walsh of Bay de Verde, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Walsh and Rose Walsh (Doyle); his son Eugene; his siblings, Mike and Francis Edmunds; his brother-in-law James Edmunds; his sister Doreen Noonan (Tom); his sister-in-law Theresa Walsh; his uncle Elias; his aunt Kitty Walsh; his nieces, Maxine Mowat Cato (Fradi) and Sharon Preston; his nephew James Edmunds; and his grandson-in-law Kurtis Blundon.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth; his children, Christine (Pat), Philomena (Craig), Madonna (Steve), Paula (Kirk), Colin (Judy) and Wayne; his grandchildren, Juanita, Bradley, Patrick, Sheila, Pamela, April, Stephen, Valda, Erica, David, Colin, Gavin, Laura, Jimmy, Mike and Brittany; and his siblings, Bernard (Ann), Neil (Molly), Philip (Sherrie), Cyril, Sheila (Pete) and Gennie (late Max). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
