She was predeceased by: her parents, Amy Miller and Ronald Miller. She is survived by: her husband Mac; her children, Wanda and Blaine (Karen); her grandchildren, Daniel, Shauna Hanlon, Sarah and Claire Percy-Miller; her siblings, Ronald Jr (Barb), Ruby Mitchell (Bob Tucker), Maxine Somerton (Wayne) and Roger (Jocelyn); and her close friend Beverly.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phoebe's memory may be made to Children's Wish Foundation.
