He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley King and Meriam King; and his siblings, Pearl, Mary, Ruth, Harold and Spurgeon.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his sons, John (Carol) and Roger; his great grandchildren, Heidi, Chad Belbin and Jackson Birmingham; his sisters, Fannie Hudson, Eileen Moores and Doris Beachin (Ralph); and his siblings-in-law, Rita King, Robert Evans, Gren LeGrow (Debbie), Cec LeGrow (Doris), Mel LeGrow (Irene), Dexter LeGrow, Phyllis Thorne (Clayton), Jean Hill (Dave), Viola Mercer (Howard) and Joyce LeGrow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
