He was predeceased by: his father Lindy LeDrew; his stepfather Frank Etsell; his grandparents, Ida, Reginald Locke, Nellie and Joshua LeDrew; and his aunts and uncles, Bennett Locke, Howard LeDrew, Gaye Braye, Hallie Whitehorne, Marjorie Thomas, Ivy Budgell and Audrey Saunders.

He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Ford; his mother Vivian Etsell; and his sisters, Donna and Dana (Barry). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
