It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Jenkins of Baie Verte, Newfoundland, born in Mings Bight, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jenkins and Gertie Jenkins; his sister Shirley; his son Dwight Jenkins; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Patience Sacrey; and his siblings, Harvey, Sam, Eleazer (Melvina) and Susie "Dot" (Zephlyn).
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Jenkins; his children, Hubert Jenkins (Gloria), Donna Foster (Roland) and Junior Jenkins (Karen); his grandchildren, Trent, Todd (Deanna), Trevor (Terri-Lynn), Travis (Nadine), Lori-Ann (Jeffrey), Leroy (Kelly), Leon (Laurel), Joshua and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathan, Brittany, Bailee-Lynn, Julia, Lily, Emily, Sadie and Madison; and his sisters-in-law, Rosie and Patsy.
