Gordon Wilson Gale Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Wilson Gale (Baie Verte, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Gladys; his siblings, Chesley and Daisy; his parents-in-law, Charlotte Jacobs and Cecil Jacobs; and his siblings-in-law, Grogan Randell, Clayton Gavin, Leander Gillingham, Stanley Osmond, Robert Jacobs, Henry Decker and Beulah Gale.

He is survived by: his wife Selina; his children, Howard (Mary), Jim (Claudette) and Sheila; his grandchildren, Robyn, Morgan, Olivia and David; his sisters, Hazel Gavin and Christine Gillingham; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Osmond, Annie Jacobs, Doris Decker, Audrey Jacobs and James Jacobs.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church.
