Ellen Francis Hurley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 78, Ellen Francis Hurley of Baie Verte, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Michael Hurley; her sons, Rhodie Hurley and Jimmy Hurley; her parents, Leonard Freake and Cecelia Freake; her parents-in-law, Michael Hurley (Mary Kate) and Kathleen Traverse; and her close friends, Marie Drover and Anne Shelley.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Hurley Foster (Blair), Ada Ford (Wish) and Brian Hurley (Kimmie); her grandchildren, Matthew (Amy), Sandy (Bern), Joshua, Erica and Sammy; her great grandchildren, Sybil and Charli-Rae; her siblings, Joan Marche (Patrick), Carmel Lane (Graham), Mark Freake and Valda Payne (Ray); and her close friends, Violet Traverse, Mavis McPherson and Chris Burton.
