He is survived by: his wife Eileen Burton; his children, Melvin Burton (Daphne), Wayne Burton, Yvonne Shears (Dave), Barry Burton (Kathleen), Kevin Burton (Vera) and Morley Burton (Hilary); and his siblings, Edna Jacobs, Jessie Rice, Joyce Osmond (Stew), Phyllis Eckford, Fred Burton (Sue), Ron Burton (Phoebe), Chris Collins, Ida Burton, Lorraine Burton, Myrtle Stuckless and Mary Dyer.
