He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Foss and Mary Foss; his siblings, Joyce Young (Ron), Jeanette Bishop (Gordon), Marjorie Fudge (Bryce), Lillian Critch, Bert Foss (Phyllis), Ena Fudge (Eric) and Goldie Rumbolt (Leo); his nephews, Danny Douglas Foss, Jason Fudge, Lorne Fudge and Lou Rumbolt; his great-niece Maryann Payne; and his great-nephews, Andrew Meyers and Michael Tilley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Foss and Christine Austin (Calvin).
