Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Derrick Wayne Janes of Badgers Quay, Newfoundland, who passed away at the age of 57, on December 3, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Janes and Shirley Janes; and his brother Dwight Janes. He is survived by: his siblings, Howard (Angela) of Toronto, Johnny (Vicki) of Pool's Island, Patrina (Gerald Hawkins) of Newtown, Sue Ann (Sid Hounsell) of Wareham and Tanya (Andy Firmage) of Wareham; his stepfather John Kean of Badger's Quay; and his sister-in-law Neta Hunt of Wareham. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Wayne's memory to The Janes Family and they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
