He was predeceased by: his brother David (Denise); and his parents, Benedict Hurley and Mary Hurley. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Denise Jacobs (David); and his grandchildren, Chad and Cassidy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions there will be no public visitation, and a private family funeral service.
