Frances Blanchard Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Wall and Selina Wall (Short); her husband Raymond Blanchard; her siblings, Brenda, Margaret, Issac, Leo and Gary; and her daughter-in-law Anne.

She is survived by: her children, Craig (Michelle), Tony (Genny), Terry (Rachel) and Lisa (Nil); her grandchildren, Justin, Jared, Jordan, Keeley, Oliver, Issac, Connor and Dixon; and her siblings, Fred (Geraldine), Gord (Gloria), Jim, John, Cliff (Mary), Bob (Kay), Olive (Ron), Shirley and Helen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland and Labrador in her memory.
