Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clarence Sylvester Roberts of Badger, Newfoundland, who passed away at the age of 89, on September 5, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Bridget and John T Roberts of Badger, NL.; his wife Loeonse Roberts (Noftall); his sisters, Margaret Burke and Rita Wilson; his son-in-law Robert "Bob" Tilley; and his grandson Steven Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Ann Roberts, Bridget Young (Clarence), Ann Marie Tilley, Clarence Jr. (Debbie), Patrick (Marie), Edward (Carol-Ann) and Gary (Lisa); his siblings, Tom (Verley), John Jr., Don (Jean), Genevieve White (Ray) and Marion Roberts; his sons, Martin Roberts (Betty) and Terry Roberts (Carla); his grandsons, Jonathan Roberts, Jordan Roberts, Ian Noseworthy and Brandon Tilley; and his brothers, Joe Robert (Ivy) and Jim Roberts (Michelle). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Badger from 2-4 and 7-9, following all current COVID-19 restrictions.
Donations can be made in Clarence's memory to the Sacred Heart RC Cemetery Fund.
