She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Leo Flannigan and Mary Flannigan; her children, Hubert, Angus and Sheila; and her grandsons, Andrew Jr. and Shawn.
She is survived by: her sons, Andy (Mercedes), Kevin (Lucina), David (Anne), Eugene (Sandra) and LeRoy (Shirley); her daughter-in-law Kay; and her siblings, George Flannigan, Gus Flannigan (Geraldine) and Annie Hawco. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Winnifred's memory may be made a charity of one's choice.
