He was predeceased by: his parents, Lissette Chaulk and Charlie Chaulk; his brothers, Wesley Chaulk, Rex Chaulk and Kenneth Chaulk; and his sister-in-law Pearl Chaulk.

He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Lynn Abbott (Fred), Kelly Kelly (Dave), Frank Chaulk (Kim) and Neil Chaulk (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Krista Abbott, Kristopher Abbott (Crystal), Danielle Chaulk (Paul), Mitchell Chaulk, Zackary Chaulk (Ashley), Tyler Stockley (Bonnie), Nicholas Chaulk, Megan Chaulk and Dawson Chaulk; his great grandchildren, Cole Stagg, Jacob Abbott, Rylee Abbott, Jaxon Stagg, Bryson Sears and Annabella Stockley; his sister Florrie Meadwell (Rick); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Crawford (Johnny), Audrey Chaulk Martin (Bill), Cecil Hicks and Bernard Hicks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation and funeral will be in accordance with COVID-19 recommendations and guidelines.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Frank's memory may be made to Bethel United Church, Aspen Cove.
