He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his parents, William Walsh and Kathleen Walsh; his brother Victor Walsh; and his niece Janine Walsh.

He is survived by: his children, Kathy (Glenn Jackman), Brenda and Bill (Erin); his grandchildren, Kayla, Adam, Braden, Madison, Connor, Ava and Claire; his brothers, Cyril (Sandra) and Kevin (Shirley); his aunt Madonna Croft; his niece Allison; and his sisters-in-law, Edna Breen, Viola Clowe, Madeline Clowe and Elizabeth Graham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
