He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brawn and Ruby Brawn (Wilkins); and his siblings, Ronald Brawn, Marjorie Rediker (late Earl) and Marilyn Brewer.

He is survived by: his wife Gladys Brawn (Estey); his children, Elaine Peterson (Ed), Luther Eroh (Melva), Vernon Eroh, Michael Eroh (Audrey) and Andrea Morehouse (Jimmy); his siblings, Allen Brawn (Faye), Robert Brawn, Kevin Brawn (Crystal) and Gayle Christie; his mother-in-law Julia Estey; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Brawn, Vera Irion (Frank), Julie Burtt, Penny Sharpe (Stephen), Larry Brewer and Jack Estey (Sheila). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
