He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Webb Sr. and Shirley O. Webb (Jewett); his wife Janet; his mother-in-law Betty Carr; and his sister-in-law Brenda Holmes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Webb (Patrick DeMerchant) and Danielle Smith (Stephen); his grandchildren, Ashlynn and Connor; his sister Sandy (Peter Curley); and his siblings-in-law, Blair Carr (Susan), Shirley Lockard, Donna Robinson (Kenny) and Charlotte Kilfoil (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
