He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Messervery and Virginia Messervery (Bennett); his brothers, Merle, Sammy, Ozzy, Jerry and Bradley; his parents-in-law, Doug and Betty Ritchie; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Hawkes (Ritchie), Barb Grant (Ritchie), Paul, Ralph and Kenny Ritchie; and his niece Sheri Little (Hawkes).
He is survived by: his wife Cecile Messervery (Ritchie); his daughter Amy Kirkbride (Messervey); his granddaughters, Haylee Messervey and Ashley Kirkbride; and his siblings, Donna, Debbie, Bonnie, Johhny, Bobby, Marty, Perry and Glenn. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
