She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus MacGillivary and Nellie MacGillivary (McNicole); and her husband William Leroy Stevens. She is survived by: her great grandchild L. M. Montgomery; her children, Judith Lorraine Craig of Bedford, NS, Jennifer Elaine Stevens-Ross and William David Stevens of Smithers, BC; her brother Everett MacGillivray (Jackie) of Scarborough, ON; her granddaughters, Charmaine McAdoo (Tyler), Natalie Ing (Andrew) of Ottawa, ON, Jessica Ross and Halifax; and her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Liam McAdoo and Sofia VanDusen.
Donations in memory of Jean may be made to a local food bank or toy drive for those in need at Christmas, Jean would want those less fortunate to be thought of and taken care of.
