She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Powers and Elizabeth Powers (McNeill); her husband Cloudie Smith; her grandson Billy Smith; her great grandchild Shane Sharpe; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Tompkins.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Orser (Alton), Charles Smith, Cecil Smith (Shirley), Mildred Orser (Ronald), William Smith (Jan), June Haines (Dale) and Laura Davis (Brian); and her brother William "Bucky" Powers (Jean). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Victoria Glenn Manor or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
