He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Duffy and Bernice Duffy (Tucker); his granddaughter Falon Sturgeon; his son-in-law Blaine Sturgeon; his brothers, Stephen Duffy, Lindon Duffy, Pat Duffy and Wayne Duffy; and his niece Barbie Duffy.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Duffy; his daughters, Marlene Nash (Kirby) of White Rapids, Gail Sullivan (Granvel) of Upper Derby, Rhonda Sturgeon (late Blaine) of White Rapids and Carla Sullivan (Hayward) of Warwick Road; his siblings, Carmel Anderson (Ernie), Sharon Hallihan (Jim), Norma Burns (Freddy), Daphne Duffy (Kim), Nancy Jardine (Paul) and Raymond Duffy (Theresa); his grandchildren, Cara Dawn (Clinton), Justin (Natalie), Adam (Kerri-Ann), Mitchell (Nicole), Zachary (Sarah) and Devon (Sheri); and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Nicole, Hudson, Kate and Blaikly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
