She was predeceased by: her parents, Crandall Forsythe and Mildred Forsythe (Morrow); her former husband Elmer Shay of Mount Pisgah; her husband Ernest Cunningham; her stepdaughter Eleanor Lavoie (Bob); her siblings, Thomas (Mary), Noreen, Douglas (Doris), Lawrence and Allison (Beulah); and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Coone and Carl Fanjoy.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Merlin Shay, Alfred Shay (Gloria), Norman Shay, Glenna Fanjoy (Richard), Hilda Krumrei (late Wally), William Cunningham (Orith), Jack Cunningham (Pam), Ron Cunningham (Eva) and Nancy Adams (late John); her sisters, Kathleen Coone and Joyce Fanjoy; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Howell. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews.
