He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Wilbur Miller and Agnes Amy Miller (Morecraft); his sister Marie Vivian Brewer (Miller); his brother-in-law Elton Evardus Brewer; his in-laws, Earl Norman Gallagher and Annie May Gallagher (Courser); and his siblings-in-law, Glenna Chessie, Glen Chessie and Ethel Bunker.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Kathleen Miller (Gallagher); his sons, Perry Manley (Karen) of Hamilton, ON and Corey W. E. (Janice) of Upper Kingsclear, NB; his grandson Manley (Gerald Miller); and his sister Sheila Crandall (Phil) of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Grove Nursing Home or the Upper Kingsclear Baptist Church in memory of Manley.
