He was predeceased by: his parents, George Trecartin and Pearl Trecartin (Nichols); and his brothers, Colby, Raymond and George.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Trecartin of Upper Gagetown, NB.; his children, Robert (Kelly Ann), Raymond (Laura) of Ontario, Kathy (Rene) of Ontario, Sandra of Ontario, Judy of Ontario and Sheila (Jeffrey) of Ontario; and his sisters, Marion (Jim) and Jane (Gordon). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
