He was predeceased by: his parents, George Warren and Annabelle Warren (Johnson); his former wife Jean Carol Warren (Gardiner); his son Kevin Warren; and his siblings, Sterling, Reginald, Donald Warren, Wanda Smith and Edith.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Warren (Chase); his children, Kathy Lewis (Matt), Lori Ramsay-Gibbon (Doug), John "Buck" Ramsay and Lisa Ramsay; his grandchildren, Krystal Lewis, Teri Lewis and Cam Warren; and his siblings, Malcolm (Linda), Manley Warren, Rhoda Harrison, Saundra Massoeurs and Inez Paul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
