She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Peterson and Cassie Peterson; her husband Perley Wilson; her sons, Dale Wilson and James Wilson; and her siblings, Merle, Hinson, Claude, Laura, Leta and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her children, Royce Wilson (Isabel), Rickey Wilson (Adeline), Brent Wilson (Davelene), John Wilson, Leonard Peterson (Linda), Rose Morehouse (Darwin) and Janet Morehouse (Darrell); her daughter-in-law Colleen Wilson (James); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Sabrina Wilson, Rickey, Mark, Douglas Morehouse, Kristine Morehouse, Jeffery, Bradley Wilson, Jamie Wilson, Jonathan, Daniel and Natasha Wilson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Upper Blackville United Baptist Church, or to a memorial of one's choice.
