He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Roy Allison and Dorothy Allison (Dunnett); his siblings, Elsie Allison, Mae Stewart, Betty Ann Connors, Dorothy Sawyer (Dolly), John R. and Roy (Sonny); and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Shaddick and Anna Allison.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Allison (Matheson) of Trout Brook; his children, Beverly Ross of Miramichi, NB, Edwina Matchett (Cameron) of Exmoor, NB, Clayton Allison (Rolanda Matchett) and Scott Allison (Judy Clark) of Miramichi, NB; his siblings, Kathleen Shaddick of Derby, NB, Raymond Allison of Miramichi and David Allison of Toronto, ON; his brother-in-law Dick Sawyer of Calais, ME; his grandchildren, Aaron, Kelsey, Chris, Julie, Travis, Kortney, Jordan, Cassie, Joey, Emilie, Jessica, Jenna and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Cambrie, Casen, Dax and Everly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
