He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bryon Waye, Jim and Joyce Waye; and his aunts and uncles, Gary, Jimmy, Brian, Debbie, Trudy, Leota and Judy.

He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Waye and Cletus Waye; his grandmother Phyllis Waye; his aunts, Jeaninne Waye, Karen Waye, Cheryl Waye and Linda Hetherington; his uncle Tony Waye; and his cousins, Buddy and Gavin.

In light of Covid 19 restrictions a celebration of Pierson's life will be held at a later date.
