He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Waye and Myrtle Waye (Harris); and his siblings, Ruth, Joyce and Harry.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Betty" Mullin (John) of Victoria, BC, Twilight "Twila" Taylor (Grant) of Lacombe, AB, William "Billy" Waye (Bonnie) of Fredericton, NB, Dean Waye of Miramichi, NB and Todd Waye (Paulette) of Lyttleton, NB; his brother Edward Waye (Andrea) of Trout Brook, NB; his sister-in-law Janette Waye of Fredericton, NB; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Marisa, Jordan, Chris, Craig, Perry, Jonathan, Quenton and Kelsie; and his wife Norma. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, in Blair's memory donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a memorial of one's choice.
