She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenia Golden (Walters) and Lewis Golden; her husband Larry Phillips (Sherm); her sister Delores Bell; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen Golden and Janet Golden.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Phillips and John Phillips of Tracy; her brothers, Albert and David Golden; and her siblings-in-law, Marg Golding, David Bell and Rex Phillips (Shelby). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
