He was predeceased by: his parents, Floris Fields (DeLeavey) and Edward Fields. He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Brewer; and his siblings, Linda Fields, Betty Mowry (Norman), Elizabeth Burgoin (Norman), Sherry Phillips, Norma Jean Golden, Connie Grace, Jenny Fields, Randy Fields (Shelly), Von Fields and Kevin Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
