He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Phillips (DeWitt) and Leland Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Phillips (Seeley) of Tracy, NB.; his children, Cherri (Mike), Deanna (Justan), Kelly (Heather), Derek and Andrew (Jana); his siblings, Marilyn, Dale (Irene) and Clinton (Debbie); his grandchildren, Charity, Amanda, Jonathan, Edward (Ted), Stephanie, Shannon, MacKenzie, Sydney and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Dexter, Sadie, Austin and Miranda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chapel of Living Water, or to a charity of your choice.
