She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Perley and Helen Perley (Dunchus); her brother Russell Perley; and her pet Shado. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Perley, Anthony "A. J." Sappier (Danielle Moulton) of Carlingford, NB, Kennedy Perley (Asiah Bear) and Meemaw; her grandchild Kohen; and her siblings, Brenda Perley (Kelly Sappier), Eugene Perley Jr. (Anne) of Winchendon, MA, Jeff Perley (Jennifer), Warren Perley of Worcester, MA, Mark Perley (Janine) of Worcester, MA and Keith Perley (Shellie) of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
