She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Francis (Bear); her husband Arthur Hassencahl Sr.; her siblings, Helen Moulton, Camela Perley, Kathleen Solomon, Edith Jones, Mark, Patrick, Stanley and Burton Francis; and her father Curtis Sappier.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Hassencahl, Arthur Hassencahl Jr. (Linda) of Scarborough, ME, Robert Hassencahl (Mona) and Steven Hassencahl (Jennifer) of Scarborough, ME; her grandchildren, Emma, Kellen, Casey, Jas and Meredith; her great grandchildren, Haveha and Valor; and her brother Leo Francis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and honorary grandchildren.
