He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Francis and Lorraine Francis (Paul); and his siblings, Brenda Francis-Ryan, Anna Francis, Kathy Paul, Stella Francis, Bruce, Dean, Neil and Kenneth Francis.
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Moulton; his daughter Amy Francis of British Columbia; his siblings, Valerie Francis, Pamela Francis-Neptune (Samuel "Huggie") of Pleasant Point, ME and Willie Francis (Carol Dickinson); and also Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
